Who handles your information
JOINT & INNOVATION Co., Ltd. is responsible for information collected through this website. Privacy requests are handled by our Management Support Team at +82-2-522-5720, or by post to 604, 6F, 23, Seocho-daero 74-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul, 06621, Republic of Korea.
Collection and use
We use business and career inquiry information for the purposes and retention periods set out below. We record the notice version, consent choices and server receipt time with the inquiry. We do not use these submissions for marketing subscriptions. Please submit only information needed for your inquiry, and do not include sensitive information or another person's personal information without authority.
Business inquiries
- Purpose
- Responding to your business inquiry and following up on the services you request.
- Information collected
- Required: company name, country or region, business field (and your description if Others), name, email, service of interest, message and consent record. Optional: phone number, with separate consent.
- Retention
- Until one year after the inquiry is resolved.
- Your choice
- You may refuse or withdraw consent. Without required consent we cannot accept this online form. You can contact our office by telephone instead. Omitting your phone number does not affect your inquiry.
Career inquiries
- Purpose
- Responding to your career inquiry and managing the relevant recruitment process.
- Information collected
- Required: name, email, position applied for, message and consent record. Optional: phone number, with separate consent. Do not include ID numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information.
- Retention
- Until 180 days after the relevant recruitment process ends.
- Your choice
- You may refuse or withdraw consent. Without required consent we cannot accept this online form. You can contact our office by telephone instead. Omitting your phone number does not affect your inquiry.
International processing for this form
Vercel Inc. (United States) processes your submitted form and connection information to operate and deliver the form; our application runs in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) processes IP address, browser/TLS signals and the website origin for bot detection when you enable verification. Data travels over encrypted connections when verification starts and when you submit. These providers operate international networks, so processing is not limited to Korea. We do not send your name, email or message to the Turnstile verification API. Provider processing and retention are described in the linked notices. Refusing this consent prevents online submission; telephone contact remains available.
Service providers and international processing
Gabia Inc. (Hiworks, Republic of Korea) handles email delivery and mailbox storage. Vercel Inc. provides website hosting and form processing. Cloudflare, Inc. provides Turnstile bot detection and also processes security signals to improve its detection service. We do not sell inquiry information. This form delivers inquiries to our designated company mailbox; it does not automatically forward them to a separate overseas legal entity. Any additional disclosure requiring consent will be handled separately.
Retention and deletion
Our Management Support Team is responsible for deleting inquiry emails, related replies, exports and consent records when the applicable retention period ends, including recoverable trash. This is a company mailbox process, not an automatic deletion feature of the website. If law requires separate retention, we retain only the required information for that period and restrict its use. Electronic records are deleted or made unrecoverable, and any paper copies are shredded. The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database or log message bodies.
Security and necessary technical information
We use encrypted website and SMTP connections, server-side validation, restricted server configuration and bot protection. A necessary, HttpOnly form-security cookie expires after 30 minutes or is cleared after successful submission. A hashed network identifier is used in application memory for a 10-minute abuse limit. Hosting and security providers may maintain operational records under their own retention rules. We do not add advertising trackers or website analytics. External map providers receive connection information when their maps are loaded or their links are opened.
Your rights and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent by contacting our Management Support Team. We will verify identity proportionately and respond under applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully; statutory retention obligations may limit deletion. For help in the Republic of Korea, you may also contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972).
Policy changes
We publish updates on this page with their effective date and obtain fresh consent where required. This version applies to inquiries submitted from its effective date.
